Warranty Registration Info

Colorado Time Systems warrants the following products against any defects in materials and workmanship affecting electronic and mechanical performance for two years from the date of purchase: System 6 and Gen7 Serial Timing Consoles, Start Systems, Relay Judging Platform, Shot Clocks, Pace Clocks, LED Numeric Swimming Scoreboards, and LED Video Displays. The following products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty:  Gen7 Legacy Timing Console, Touchpads, and Dolphin Wireless Stopwatch Systems; not including the batteries.  Colorado Time Systems warrants Titanium Deckplates, and Multisport Scoreboards against any defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase.

All other components associated with the above equipment including cable harness, deckplates (excluding Titanium Deckplates), wallplates, push buttons, test meters, microphones, speakers, data cable, etc. will have a one-year limited warranty. Any computer equipment associated with the above products has a six-month limited warranty.
